Event moderation and storytelling

We accompany events with professional moderation and ensure constructive dialog. Our experts facilitate exchange and the development of new ideas through targeted discussions – both at specialist conferences, in workshops and in public discussions.

Starting discussions on climate change mitigation

For effective climate action and a successful energy transition, it is essential to integrate interdisciplinary approaches from industry, politics, science, and civil society while fostering stakeholder dialogue. Conferences, workshops, and webinars provide valuable platforms for this exchange, but their impact relies heavily on skilled moderation. Effective facilitation should establish a shared understanding of key challenges and actively engage participants.

Our offer

IKEM’s Sustainability and Innovation team combines over a decade of experience in moderation and storytelling with deep expertise in climate change, the energy transition, and participatory methods. We craft narratives that make complex topics accessible, inspire action, and actively engage all participants in the discussion.

Our projects include moderating the Science and Media Communication Labs of the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation, the New Mobility Conference, and the webinar series Climate Talks and Asia Talks of the International Journalists’ Program (IJP). Additionally, with the IKEM Academy, we have successfully hosted a long-standing event format since 2004, attracting around 500 participants to date.
