Diversity matters​

Fostering diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) makes for thriving workplaces: Organisations which care about gender equality and diversity tend to perform better, demonstrating more innovation, productivity and employee satisfaction, among others. What’s more, for many organisations, a formal commitment to equality in the form of a so-called Gender Equality Plan is a legal requirement now.

Our workshop format

Empowering and impact-driven

Gender-specific prejudice and bias stem from deeply ingrained social roles that have developed over time and are often expressed unconsciously. Overcoming these biases requires active self-reflection and intentional responses.

Our workshop combines clear, impactful illustrations of the various forms and effects of bias with participatory activities, allowing participants to actively apply and internalize the insights they gain.

Gender Equality Workshop

The workshop consists of two modules:

Module 1: Participants build a shared understanding of gender bias, learning to recognize its forms in professional life and its impact on individuals and companies. Through an interactive exercise, they practice identifying biases in real situations.

Module 2: Participants develop and practice effective responses to bias using EQT’s card game. They also design concrete measures for themselves or their teams, ensuring the workshop’s insights directly enhance the organization’s culture. The process is tailored to each client’s needs while following this general structure.

Gender Equality Strategy

The creation of a multi-level, organisation specific gender equality strategy concludes the workshop. Our experts are also available to further develop this strategy into a detailed Gender Equality Plan, accompany its implementation, and support with follow-up meetings.
