Abstract

This master thesis aims to identify the defining variables for a market ramp-up of electric road systems (ERS) and to develop scenarios for the potential market launch of the technology in Germany and Europe. For this purpose, a comprehensive analysis of the political, regulatory and economic variables is conducted, which finally leads to the generation of different market ramp-up scenarios.

The master thesis was prepared in the context of the IKEM project AMELIE II.
