Abstract

This legal brief examines the catalogue of measures proposed in the WWF background paper ‘Circular Economy in the Building Sector’. The authors outline the current situation before examining proposed measures and the development of recommendations for legal changes. The study also considers the respective competences of the legislative bodies at federal, state and local levels. The goal of the brief is to provide an overview of the legal feasibility of the proposed measures.
