Guidelines on finding a suitable financing model for public lighting investment – Baseline Inventory

The “Baseline Inventory” identifies obstacles that stand in the way of improving the public lighting infrastructure. Public and private actors were surveyed in order to generate knowledge about stakeholders and to identify relevant financing models for energy efficiency measures in the field of street lighting.
