Sabine Kullmann is a HR officer at the Institute for Climate Protection, Energy and Mobility.

Sabine Kullmann studied German philology and economics at the University of Mannheim. After graduating (M.A.), she worked in Singapore for three years at Hannover Fairs Asia Pte Ltd – a subsidiary of Deutsche Messe AG – as a human resources and finance manager.

After her return to Germany, she worked at OMNIKEY GmbH until 2009 and supported the development of a start-up into one of the world’s leading manufacturers of smart card readers as assistant to the management in all areas of the company.
In addition to finance and human resources, her responsibilities at IKEM also include administration.
