Dr. Olaf Däuper studied law in Mainz, Glasgow and Freiburg i. Br. In 2003, he received his doctorate from the Humboldt University in Berlin on a topic related to energy antitrust law. From 1998 – 1999 he worked as a research assistant at the Max Planck Institute for International and Foreign Criminal Law, and from 1998 – 2000 he completed a legal clerkship in Freiburg, Offenburg and Brussels. Dr. Olaf Däuper has been an attorney with the law firm Becker Büttner Held in Berlin since 2001, and a partner since 2007. He specializes in climate protection, energy, antitrust and public law.
Dr. Däuper has been a lecturer in energy and antitrust law at the University of Kassel since 2017.
