Emma Bolopion is a Research Associate in the Energy Law Department at IKEM. She studied law at the Université Paris Pantheon 2 Assas, Humboldt Universität zu Berlin and the University of Amsterdam. She obtained two LLMs, specialising in human rights and environmental law. She is currently a PhD candidate in public international law, in a Cotutelle between the Université Paris 1 Pantheon Sorbonne and the Freie Universität Berlin. Her research project focuses on international and national climate litigation and their contribution to the emergence of global climate law.
