Dr. Roman Ringwald is an attorney and partner at the law firm Becker Büttner Held. As an expert in state aid and public procurement law, he supports public clients at federal, state and municipal level in complex tenders in the context of the energy and transport transition. Further focal points are the design of public subsidy programs in conformity with state aid law and the support of infrastructure projects in terms of planning law.

After studying law and working as a law clerk in Mainz, Berlin, London and Washington D.C., he received his doctorate from the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz in 2007. Dr. Ringwald has been with BBH since 2008.
