David Stark is a Research Associate at IKEM in the Department of Energy Law. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Administration from the Berlin School of Economics and Law and the Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. He then studied law at the Humboldt University in Berlin and the Universidad de Alicante in Spain, specializing in European and international law. After completing his first state examination in law, he joined IKEM and plans to start his legal clerkship at the Berlin Court of Appeal in the future.
