The Infographic Energy Transition Coloring Book was awarded gold at the European Design Awards in Oslo this Saturday. The European Design Awards celebrate excellence and originality in European design, with expert judges from each European country selecting the winners.
The Infographic Energy Transition Coloring Book is the result of a collaboration between IKEM’s research and story telling and the talented designers and illustrators of Ellery Studio for Creative Design, and took home Gold in the category Infographics (print). The visualisations and infographics of the book lay out the big picture of climate change, the achievements and challenges of the German energy transition and the role of the individual in turning things around. The book is the first in a new series of communication tools designed to inform and engage everyone, from policy-makers to industry to individuals, into the shift to renewable energy sources and sustainable lifestyles.
The European Design Award ist already the second high-profile award for the Infographic Energy Transition Coloring Book: In March it was awarded at the Malofiej Awards.
